Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate dentist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients, ensuring they have a comfortable and positive experience, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional oral health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat a variety of dental conditions and diseases
• Perform routine and advanced dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, root canals, and extractions
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
• Create and execute personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques, technologies, and best practices
• Lead and mentor dental assistants and front office staff to ensure a smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients and address any concerns
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient office operations and high patient satisfaction
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
• Valid dental license in the state of practice
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a focus on patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple priorities
• Commitment to continuous education and professional development
• Previous experience in a dental practice preferred, but not required
